Inclusive of:
  • The right to use the Generika trademark and logo
  • Location and market study assistance
  • Architectural / store design and construction assistance
  • Start-up and pre-opening assistance
  • HR support in the assistance for the recruitment of store personnel
  • Extensive training on pharmacy retailing and management, computerized operation and customer service; additional trainings for the store supervisor and franchisee
  • Two to three computers per store
  • All necessary pharmaceutical and operations supplies

Computers, Windows Licenses and POS: (4 weeks from signing, Inclusions: 3 computers in full network environment, with two POS printers, 1 dot matrix printer, 2 customer displays, internal modem, LAN card and network switch, 3 window licenses, and Retail Expert our proprietary POS software)
